Manufacturing Capital Missing

from GalCiv2 Forums
As i read in the forums there should be a manufacturing capital. But i never encountered one in my games. I was never able to build one nor has the AI done so(on´ly economic and scince ones). Even in the game where i won by technology! I wonder if i just did something wrong or its because i patched my german version to 1.10xbeta3 and later beta 4.
I thinks its a bug.

Same problem here, german version patched to beta 4 and no political (should be aviable after star dem.) and no manufacturing capital. It seems that it´s something about the german version and i think, german version(who the fuck are germans or german speaking people? - Ah only about 100 million people not worth ) has no priority as the translation (rofl swedish group made it ...) is horrible and in parts not existent. I´ll wait a few more weeks and then decide if i´ll stay a costumer or leave this experiment.

There are 3 buildings in the current German and two buildings in the current English files not buildable because of typos in the xml-files.
These typos will be fixed for the final 1.1 (at least for the german patch).
Drop me your mailadress somewhere at paradox or int he chat (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php isn't working right now) and I'll send you the corrected files for beta 4 including the beta4-changed.

Please don't forget two things:
a) it's still a beta
b) the translation isn't stardocks task, it's located at paradox

What´s your name over at paradox ? Or should we mail to someone at paradox ? Is it requierd to register at paradox ? Do i have to learn swedish to comunicate at paradox (just a joke) ? Can i call paradox, "widersinnig"(just another joke it´s the german translation of their name) ?


EDIT : Connection to server forum.paradoxplaza.com failed (The server is not responding.) would be easier tpoleave my adress somewehere here eh?

You can mail paradox, but I don't know if the betaversions are offically supported.
Yes for pms it's required to register int he board.
No they speak English, French, Swedish and German and maybe other languages.
Yes you can call them widersinning, but maybe they won't answer your questions after this.

Ok, let´s start waiting for the paradox servers to come back online no chance to send you a personalmail in this board here ? I could post me email here but i don`t want to invite someone to spam my mailbox to death. Any ideas ?
