Problem with Collectors Editon

every time i try to download the collectors edition extras from the website www.galciv2.com it will download to about 90% then it says that it finishes and when i go to have it install it tells me all the data is not there and it is still missing about 10% of the information. how can i fix this and get the collectors editon stuff.

It sounds like this is either a computer or web browser issue which is causing the download to abort prematurely. Make sure you have enough room on the hard drive that you are downloading the file to. Also try using a different web browser.

I have the CE. I went straight for the SDC after the first failed attempt. SDC has a download continuation feature (from what I read), so if it did it again I would not lose what I had so far. I had no problems, got it first try.

You can't download the Collector's Edition content from Stardock Central - only the patches/bonus pack.

Bonus pack does contain the Collector's Edition stuff, AFAIK...

No. The Bonus Pack does not contain the CE-only extra jewelry or the GalCiv Windows theme.
