Unable to get updates

HI,
I have had the game for about a week but still am unable to receive any updates because i keep being told that i havnt registered the program. As far as I am aware I have done this with the two serial numbers that are required. I keep going around in circles and getting nowhere. Help!, please!

I don't know what is your problem
so I'll tell you what I have done that worked for me :
-1: install the game
-2: at the first few install screens the game will ask for your serial number and if you wish to put it
write it
-3: install sdcentral
-4:update the game sdcentral should autoregister your game
