In the most recent game that I am playing I am seeing an issue with the speed of constructors. This is the only ship that has had the problem. After i load the ship up with engines I have a total of about 57 movement points. The first time I move the ship it goes the 57 spaces, but then it will only go 11 after that until it reasches its destination, and on the ship stats screen the spped is shown as 57/11. I do not have access to any screenshots at the time, but if they are needed please let me know.
