Unable to get a Patch with Stardock

I cannot Download the Galactic Civilizations Patch with Stardock.

I registered myself and installed Stardock on my PC.
After starting Stardock i Check for Updates. I get a list of Game Updates so that seems to work.

When i press the "Update now" Button the "Stardock Central Updates" Window is closed but nothing happens.

Has someone an Idea what's wrong or how to get the Patches in another way?
I have added an exception to my Firewall.

You should be able to simply go to the games section in the list at left on the main screen of SDC, pick GalCiv2, and hit the Update button right next to it.

Unfortunately I have seen this happen with SDC too.  What Darth says is probably the best route.

To check on something else:



What version is SDC reporting in Help / About? You should be on build 129.



If this is happening with that version, please note that here so that Brian Harper ([email protected]) can help you track down what's going wrong.

The Update Button is not Enabled.
I use the Right Mouse Button -> Check for Application Updates.
I am using Build 129.

Iit is quite possible that there is a Problem with the Registration.
When i go to Tools->Settings->Register->Games->Update i get a message "The Serial Number you entered is invalid ..."
I am using the the Code from the Back of my Handbook.
I will contact Brian Harper.
