I think there is none. But I think there is an oppotunity for making german forums on an a german sci fi game page where I´m mod, if there are more people who want forums in german language.

I think a better way would be opening a German forum in the Paradox-board, because paradox is the publisher and this would be the second location I would search (after this board).
