Resign - New Game Bug

I have beta 3 and have noticed a "new game" bug. When I resign a game early on (as the Terrans), and the program goes back to the main menu, when I hit the "new game" button, I get sent right back into the game I just resigned from (it's completely playable, as if I never resigned to begin with). I have to quit the game to actually start a new one. This is the only true "bug" I have had with this game. Using Windows XP SP2, DX 9.0c, Intel 2.88ghz, Ati. Radeon 9550 AGP, all drivers completely updated.

Nothing to do with system specs, can we have a debug.err please?

I looked around the site for instructions on the debug.err process, so you wouldn't have to answer another post, but I couldn't find any. Please tell me where the file is located, and do I post it here or email it to you? Also, do I recreate the bug, get out of the game, then give you the file, or does it matter?

The file is located in the GalCiv main folder. It can be opened with notepad. Please post the first few blurbs that have system specs and such, and then post the last twenty lines of the big block of logging.
