I have reported this in the 1.1beta thread, but decide to make a seperate post here too because this one really bugs me.
Everytime, when an AI says 'We aid your war with our finest ships', it'll give you starbases instead of ships. So far, I've been given militar bases right by their homeworlds, multiple resource bases, and multiple economy bases nowhere near me but surronds one of HIS planets (How is this helpping my war effort??). One extreme situation was the Korx gave me a number of fully upgraded influence mining bases and in the next turn a couple of his own planets had the culture rebel flag and a few defected to me weeks later!
I really hope this get noticed and fixed, it doesn't help aid me in my war at all and only cripples my ally!
