Question about Tech Requirements

Can there be more then one?

I'd like to create some planetary improvements with multiple tech requirements (Enhanced Miniaturization and Micro Robots in this case).

1) I don't think its possible now...will it be in the future?
2) Can you have a trade good/galactic achievement as a tech requirement?

You should be able to mod the XML files to do this. Read the stuff in the modding forum or try the wiki to get some details.

Only way I know of doing that. Is to create a New tech, and have the requirements of that tech to be the ones you want it to require.

and then set the tech req's for that structure to be the new tech.
