No Problems, No Crashes - Please Help!!!!

I don't know what I am doing wrong. This ^%*(# game is killing me.



I played for 14 hours straight last night, and could not get one single crash. Or glitch. I am sooooo po'ed right now.



All that time wasted having fun.



I read about about the 2.5% of users that have issues - and I just don' understand why I can't be in that minority. I paid good money for a game that really works. I have half a mind to try and return it - I deserve a game I can complain about. I worked hard so I could get the satisfaction of blowing my money on a defective product, just like I always do.



And what happens? CG2 and Stardock ruined it. They created a game that actually works, and is challenging, and is fun to play.. What is the worst thing though is ....THEY SUPPORT IT! GACK! ACK BLAAAAACHHH! I can't even get the satifaction of flaming them properly.



Darn you Star Dock - looks like it's going to be another evening of no crashes, no whining, just fun.

wow i had no idea that you were trying to be funny, thanks for the reply letting us all know, haha oh by the way just in case you're not sure, this is suppose to me in good humour too haha. but no, i know what you mean, some people need to just calm down, maybe use the search function here, although it doesnt really work, and just take things rationally.

only problems i've been having are due to McAfee not liking it, and trying to block the game, and issues with the virtual RAM

Try deupdating your drivers, preferably to ones dated 2002 or earlier. That should help your "Problem".

If that doesn't work, try indroducing your PC to a sledgehammer.

Funny, I had my first CTD for the first time last night, playing on substandard hardware no less. I've been putting 6-12hrs per day since the 18th of March. I'd say that's a pretty good record.

I likewise have had no problems. I have had one time the game shot to the desktop and simply "closed" itself. but that happened at exactly the same time my new HP printer decided it was a good time to ask me if I wanted to.... check for updates (go figure).
