projects not building?

how come projects on my planets wont build? in the space where it says how long til they are built, it says 'never'
why is this? do I have to research something or have my money above a certain boundary? it does this even when im not in debt

You have to make sure you are funding social production adequately. If you don't put enough money towards it, nothing will be built.

BTW, what version are you running?

yeah i had to cut off the social production i was a tiiiiny bit in debt

Well, if you're spending 0% of your budget towards social projects, that may be why they're not building any.

Click back on the tile where the special is,it should give you a time unless you a re indeed not putting anything into social spending.

The game version comes up every time you start, it shows by the bottom. If you don't know, you probably haven't updated therefore 1.0
