double galactic Achievement

Beta 3

Hello, it's me again with today's bug report. For Beta 3.

Last night I'm playing an influence game. After a planet from the Arceane Empire rebels to my side, here is what appears on my screen

See they are building 2 Political Capitals?

And no, this is the first time this planet is turned to another race, and this screen appears when it first turned to me, so it's not because 2 races putting 2 capitals. Also while I didn't check, it feels like I got a lot of report capitals being built around the universe (technology, Political, Economy) it seeks they're building more then one each race.

But well, you have the picture to show it.
Again: Touch, Huge, 9 AIs, Fast Technology with everything set to common

The planet's name is "Drengi" which shows that it was owned by the Drengins originally.

@OP
I noticed that too last night - there are a lot of Capitals being built - I'll have to go into cheat mode and check it out.

But perhaps the Drengins were building a capitol when it flipped to the Arceans - then the Arceans started one - even so, that should not be allowed.

I think that when a planet flips all capitals and race special projects should be destroyed anyway. This would fix that issue of having more than one in an empire. As it stands now, i wait for minor races to build one on their main world then capture it so I have two. Kinda cheesy.

I have a similar screenshot. This planet rebelled to my side and was building a second Starport when it should have been building an Embassy on a bonus tile.

I had the problem where I invaded a class 6 planet that for some odd reason had an ecomonic capital, and now I can't build my own economic capital on a better planet. Guess i'll just have to time my invasions a bit better for that case.

I wish we could destroy super projects. I mean they're buildings that, I think, can be destroyed in a Mass Driver invasion, so why can't we decommision them ourselves when we want to move our Tech/Econ/Political capitols to a better planet?

Then it's probably the Drengi that turned to me not the Arcane. (Having the Influence go heywire). I know for sure the Drenginn and the Arcane weren't fighting each other and my influence ring covered both of their terriory, here is my proof:

+ you can see it only takes 6 turns with an X3 Industrial sector
+ Now, look closely at the planet's population, it's over 8billion, if this planet was recently taken there is no way it has that much population. As I said, my influence ring is covering this area (that's why it surrendered to me, !duh!), so the only way for the planet to have two owner before is someone landed an invasion, which should have kill off the population.

I'm very possitive that the 2 political capitals are being built by the same.
