The population mystery

Okay i have 2 planets, both of which have approval above 80% and both of which have population capacity 10 mt above current populations. But one of my planets grows not at all whilst the other grows. Why is this?

Rebtab, isn't this the 3rd one you posted? Don't create multiple posts that were answered. From the descriptions you originally gave, one of your planets is at pop. cap. No matter how much food you have, they can't grow above a certain point.

Maximum population is (PQ + 1)^3 * 20 million for each planet, e.g. a planet with class 5 will only grow to a maximum of around 4.3 billion.

It would be nice if those maximums were displayed. I didn't even know about them. I've been building farms on planets with a PQ of 4.

They've been mentioned on the forums. Have you not noticed they stop growing?
