Nvidia 5200 FX vid issues-Cinematics

I have done a search on this and seen issues with what other people are saying that they are having issues with the Nvidia 5200 FX video card....I have downloaded the most recent driver from Nvidia dated March 17 2006, yet I am not getting any of the cinematics in the game....on ocassion Ill get maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 a second of a cinematic...but then the cinematic freezes.

is this a driver issue or is there something else going on that im not aware of?

I can continue gameplay, and honestly Cinematics are not that crucial for playing the game....but they do add a nice touch....and I would like them=)

anyone have any ideas or suggestions that can possibley help me?
