Your play style may have put you beyond expected range in some or another value (too much money left over when you finish, etc), or you may have inadvertantly used a exploit/bug if you're using an older version before it was fixed.
You should locate a save game (preferably the "End Game Save" that was made automatically when you finished if you haven't finished another game since then), and send it to gc2bugs@stardock.com with a description of the problem and a link to your profile page showing the flagged game. You can find your saves in My Documents/My Games/GalCiv2.
