Default Govt Parties for the Races

Hello,

Need help here.

My default govt parties for all the race are all at federalist.
Is this correct?

I have already removed all the raceconfig files.

Yup. And if you change them, say goodbye to race bonuses. This really needs fixing.

Are you sure? I play Yor a lot and whenever I switched my government party I didn't lose my loyalty bonus. I only lost it if I went to the special abilities tab (I only had to go to it, I didn't even have to change anything)

You need to edit it in the xml files directly. Once the mod system is in place you can expect this to be one of the first type of mods to be posted ^__-

Until then just edit the xml race files, what I did.

I thought I read that ver 1.1 b3 addresses and fixes this issue.

You can now make changes and not lose the default characteristics.... can someone verify this as I've read conflicting posts about it - I will not be able to play for a few hours yet ????
