destabilize the enimy????

how do i do it??? i can kill them, spy on them, trade, ect, but i can't figure out how to do that. i think i could use it to my advantage if i knew how to get it to work

You can't, it's not implemented (contrary to what the manual states). They plan to expland on the whole espionage business in their expansion, though, but until then you'll probably habe to live without it.

The closest you can get to that is to supply warships to their enemies. I usually have good relations with the Drengin because of my military strength, plus I don't want to lose the trade routes. I also don't want a galaxy with just me and the Drengin, so I usually end up supplying massive fleets of dreadnoughts to the Altarians and let the two of them go at each other all they want.

Yup, destabilisation was called by frogboy "A wimpy option" and completely and utterly removed by 1.0x. But, Dark Avatar, the expansion, will have your very own agents (And a plot line as the Drengin I believe)
