So I just completed my first metaverse game. When I started it, I had set it to "tough" and had verified that each opponent was set to "intelligent".
When I finished the game, however, I found that the Metaverse gave it a ranking of "cakewalk". I went back a tried starting a new meaverse game and, sure enough, my original tough/intelligent settings were still there.
Now, it is true that I found that particular game to be exceedingly easy, so perhaps it did end up being played at an easy level. That being said, what did I do wrong? I am about 95% sure I put in the right settings.

Oh... one last thing... at least the alignment rater worked... I got "pure evil".... which made me happy as I worked hard to torture, maim and generally abuse everyone I met, including my own citizens.
