No Menu Titles Visible

Well, that's basically it. I installed GCII, updated it via Stardock, and now I can't see the words showing me what menu button does once. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?

Lots of us have it. It doesn't rate very high on the gotta fix scale yet. Apparently the alpha/beta folks believe their bugs should come first before all the customers that paid for a finished product.

I sent all the bug info and did what they told me, nothing fixed. I was informed by nice tech at Stardock (actually nice guy) that he would forward it on.... Nothing yet so far.

We will wait and see.

It's been mentioned a few times before. I think one person had the problem go away by itself, another uninstalled then deleted all game files and reinstalled and it worked Link, and others are just stuck submitting a bug report and waiting. Good luck.

If you are talking about menu options in the middle of a game, this can be a problem if you pick BLACK as your race color, since it perfectly blends in with many menu options. The solution to that is to pick anything BUT solid black.

If you are talking about the buttons on the beginning menu screen, then that is a bug as mentioned above.

Solution.

Supply more information.

What hardware ? What driver version ? etc

Without this information how is Stardock going to work out what the problem is. It is obviously not a common problem although I am sure it is annoying. The few posts I have seen supplied no information as to hardware or drivers just that Stardock should fix the problem ?

I had this after loading 1,1 Beta 2, rebooted the pc and everything was fine.
