BUG: AI stealing logistics

Hello

I just played a game where my total logistics at one point was 102 (don't ask, I had a lot of bonuses).

Anyhow I noticed that one AI fleet (and only one as far as I could tell) had stolen my logistics ability . I had full esponiage on them and I looked at every other fleet of theirs and their logistics was 16, however this one AI fleet had a logistics of 102!!

Not sure if it's reproducible, and it's probably not easy to spot, I probably would never have noticed were my logistics not so insanely high. I searched the forums and couldn't find anything similar reported.

I imagine it would be a pain to fix it, but thought I'd report it anyway

In my last game I had a max of like 45... but had quite a few pirates running around with like 160 and such... pretty hard to beat down the priates when they have 23 ships and you can only muster up 8 or so...

How the heck do you get to 102 logistics? Even with every tech and all the bonus buildings I can only get up to like 40.
