Renaming Starbases?

Can you Rename a Starbase? I poked around and could not see how.

yes. just like renaming a ship or a fleet. select it fisrt, then click the "rename" button (above the pic, next to the "detail information" button)

What bugs me about the rename starbase is that you can't edit the name directly. As soon as you try, the box blanks out. So when it says "Military Starbase 343", and you want to name it "Military Starbase 1", you can't just edit the 343 into a 1, you have to retype the whole thing. It's a minor complaint, but it also stops me from wanting to rename the bases.
