I tried to create a Metaverse character, but the creation seems to be stuck at "processing data...". Just to check that I'm not doing something wrong, here are the steps: I use my Stardock account to log in (same one I use to post here), go to the Metaverse section, select "edit my characters", click on "add player", type in a name (different than my Stardock nickname), paste in the serial number of my game copy, don't choose a logo for the time being, and confirm. Then I get "processing data..." and nothing happens (tried a few times and waited up to twenty minutes).
Anything else I should try?
