how long does it take you to ship a game to a customer???

yah, i pretty much said it all in the headline..... yeah, i'm pissed right now.. It's not like it's back in the early 1990's if someone orders something on the weekend and your computerized system emails them with a reciept for the sale and YOU get their MONEY... YOU had better be shipping the damn product on monday or emailing the customer about why their is a frackin delay!!!!!!
YES i'm PISSED.. way too many company's try to do business like this in the US.. I guess that they figure as long as they get our money they can "PissOff" on a customer... Well, not this one.. i ordered your game on the 18th.. you took the money out of my account on the next tuesday, but i dont get a frackin game or nothing.. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT SHIT???????
I don't want any of your stupid corporate excuses and that all they would be.. obviously you dont knwo how to perform customer service and anyone on this forum who saiys they are fine is a ***..... BUsiness do not treat their customers as they should pretty much ever5 in the US and yes it's much different outside the US, but then it should be seeing as the GREAT US is "supposedly to have the GREAT techonlogy installed in the world so how about the frackin american businesses starting to act like it.. instead of playing "by the rules from the 70's or whenever they antiquated laws were last updated!!!!!
so i better get at least a damn email as to why the package is late and where it is in transit by COB of monday the 27th, 2006
oh and if you would be a smart company then you should have already put on your site when someone does purchase a product from your company how frackin long it does take to get somewhere!!!!! It wouldn't be difficult for a "smart" programer to input those lines of code into your online business program so the customer woudl know about how long they should be waiting for what they purchase... yes your company is chock full or "UNEFFICENT PERSONEL". damn i cant believe that i have to waste my time trying to teach a damn company how to do their job supplying their customers with even grudgingly satisfactory customer service.
