Mining StarBase in Beta

there is a small glitch in the beta with the mining SB ,when selecting a update you see a white transperent box for the symbol of the upgrade..its the only one i have come across so far and thats after 3 hours of play , hopefully its the only one that shows up,,

What i noticed in the beta is that, if you zoom all the way out on the main map, you can't distinguish unmined resources from ones with starbases on them. You can tell what kind it is by the color, but to know if it's mined or not you have to zoom in on each and every one.

i think there's a box around the resources. unmined resources are diamonds and mined resources have a box around them, the box being the color of the civilization who's mining it.
