hmm odd...

It happens in those random events where you have to make good/neutral/evil choises. Usually it says something about corporate corruption and how you deal with it. The evil option is then to say its OK and you get +45 interest rate, which then shows up in your abilities too.

I guess you're right geneo, probably less payment for loaning.
