Destablisation?

How does one do the above? i can only find the esponiage option? or is that the same?

It's not in the game yet, but it's in the manual. The most recent thing I heard about it was that they are looking to put more depth into the espionage element of the game soon. Probably not the next major patch but maybe the one after.

I would like to see destabilisation put back into the game, but only beeing able to set destab on ONE particular planet(per race?) next to me, rather than funding into all(gc1).
Please put an espionage system in concerning minors.
Example: Huge map
say the scottlingas have built an mining sb, you got friendly with and a lot of trade, at moment i am not able to buy their sb due to the lack of information.
Is the only way to get the sb to declare war on them?

Read the dev journals. There is NO destabilisation, nor will there be. However, the expensaion pack "dark avatar" is going to add different types of espionage, so you can choose what havoc to cause, and can stop people causing havoc. Frogboy said it's gone because it's too wimpy.
