Here's some stuff I've noticed, not certain if they've already been reported, but what the hell.
1. Between turns, if one of my ships arrives at its destination but that destination doesn't make it automatically do something (such as a constructor arriving at an empty point in space, rather than automatically triggering a starbase module build window), the game will basically sit there waiting for hell to freeze over. The turn button doesn't reappear, none of the other ships moves, the other civs don't get their moves but the interface itself can otherwise be worked with as if the turn never occured. Only workaround is to hit the Find button, and make the offending ship do something (whatever you intended it to, basically) so that the rest of the queue can be processed normally.
2. Ship designs made under this version can't be altered past a specific point, miniaturization-wise, once you've started a new game. What I mean is that if I create a ship design with an above-normal miniaturization ability (for instance, playing as Yor with their 25% miniaturization racial stat) and I try to put a component on a previously-designed hull (that I'm modifying with Upgrade), the game won't allow me to work past the previous hull's miniaturization stat. So if a component would otherwise fit, given the greater miniaturization ability, the game reports that the component won't fit. New designs don't have this problem, until they're reused in later games.
3. On the initial planetary colonization, or after all queued social projects have been completed, the game erroneously reports the total social production, and I mean this in the sense that while the number is typically correct, the surrounding parentheses are replaced with a less-than sign, and a closing bracket. So it looks something like <3]. A minor annoyance, compared to the previous two.
No CTDs as of yet.
