Hmm... You want Stardock to implement a change in the code to accommodate an issue that you can fix by simply setting your own system to a lower res? No offense, but I gotta say don't count on it...

With each tweak to the code, a whole new set of QA tests have to be set up and run to ensure all is hunky-dorey. Every add to the code has the potential to wreak havoc somewhere else. As a Tech Writer for a small software company, I see it every day. As "improvements" are made to our products, I document new procedures on their use... only to have to go back in and tweak the docs somewhere else, because the "improvements" have jacked up another aspect of the software. Release gets delayed, sales people get pissed, etc., etc.,...

OK... I just read what I wrote, and I have to apologize... All you're trying to do is make a suggestion, and one that will increase your appreciation for the game. So, I'm sorry (but honestly, don't count on it getting in).

I already have poor vison. It may come as a shock and surprise to some folks that others who have poor eyes do still enjoy buying and playing video games. We also watch televison, too. Sometimes, we even drive our cars and go out and buy groceries and stuff.

As for the other posters, your suggestions are kinder, but only somewhat. I understand that Stardock has based their GUI on their own product ,and that we can modify it. I don't really do any computer programming, and I don't feel that I have the time or ability to do this project. I was hoping that someone more talented with display programming might help. As I have said before, there's plenty of precedent set by the MSFS programmers. People who need glasses play with Flight Simulator, too. It's just that they don't often get hired to fly the airplanes.

Well... there are a number of things it doesn't pay to comment on in the Internet, especially in forums. I would be lying if I said I haven't made my share of bonehead comments myself, including the stuff above. I feel that I have stepped over the line of decency, and so I also apologize to you, as well.
