I CAN'T REGISTER?

I purchased my copy from bestbuy, MN. I can't seem to register to get the update. My Serial # begins with a 4E18... and is not collectors. What is wrong?

What is the error message that you are getting?

I was getting an invalid serial, but discovered that the '4' was missing off the front. Could yours be missing a digit off the end?
