How do I contact customer support?

Is there a more direct route to receiving help than posting in a forum?

Can someone tell me how to contact customer support? I can't seem to find a link to it on the galciv2 website.

I'm having problems trying to play the game, and I've gone throughout the forums looking for help, and I've even posted twice seeking advice ( https://forums.galciv2.com/?ForumID=162&AID=104833#839619 ) and I've even tried the chat channel. But I'm not getting the help that I need to get the game to run. I see that everyone here is having a great time with the new game, and I'm happy for you guys, and I'd really like to join in and be one of the happy guys because it really does look like a great game but as of right now the game is unplayable. And since it's been five days since I first started seeking help and haven't found any I'm just wondering if I just wasted fifty bucks.

There has to be some way to get help.

Ok firstly let me apologize for the fact that you have not received the level of help you deserve. I know the people at Stardock have a really good customer relations dept ([email protected]).

If not then that is highly unusual but not an excuse! Please dont give up on the game just yet as it is worth the wait, and with the new update coming in te near future this promises to be an even greater game than we thought possible

Please make a not of your exact problem, and i guess you are getting tired of doing that, sorry; and email it to [email protected] Email. I will send her a message to let her know you will be contacting her shortly about this issue.

Once again im sure the team can get you running and we look forward to hearing about your first game victory

goishin, I located your post in the thread and I have a suggestion for you.

Try running in windowed mode and see if you have the same problem.  You can set windowed mode in the Prefs.ini file in My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2 so that it will start in Windowed mode.  If you are running with dual monitors, try turning off the second monitor.  Since support is probably just going to forward your ticket to me, you can e-mail me at [email protected] directly if you continue to have problems.
