is there a way to design ships without actually going into a game, i would love if there was a button on the main menu for ship designer.

also ia there anyway to upgrade grade 0 planets so that they can be habital ,

Actually, there is at least one random event and one UP event that makes class 0s habitable.

There are a whole bunch of random events that will upgrade class 0 planets. I once had an event that turned every 0 planet in a 2 sector radius out from a Yor planet into a class 9 planet! I started Buying fast colony ships right away ofc

But an app where you can play with ship design would be cool. Maybe not putting on weapons and such, but just designing the hulls.
