Update woes

Everytime I try to install the update or the CE unlock patch, I get an error message saying:
"Could not initialize installation. File size expected=26333246, size returned=26333245."
I get the same error when I run the CE unlock patch except the numbers are 108426 and 108425.
Does anyone know how to fix this? This is becoming really frustrating, I want new toys to mod with!
