Who do I talk to in order to get a refund?
The bugs in this game just as bad as those of moo3.
The game is virtually unplayable and I can't even get stardock to accept my serial number.

I don't want a long list of fixes.
I should not have to rework my PC to work with your game.
How about waiting to release the game next time until it's ready?

LOL..wrong! and pathetic.

If any of you are tech support and tell me to unistall everything I use so your stupid game/hardware can work your like friggen clueless as to how and what PC's are about. They aren't fancy and complicated consoles..lol. My response is and has always been WRONG! and I ALWAYS get my money back because your selling a product that just doesn't work. Some people actually use their computers and well games are just games. If you don't want to deal with PC games then sell console games...LOL. I'll give someone else my business. That is my answer:)

Now as for the game. It works well for me and has some graphics glitches that make me restart, I think they will get fixed soon. The recent patches have fixed the rest of my glitches. I'm disappointed it doesn't have MP options but it has other assests. I'm happy at $40. Plus anyone not hassling me with stupid copy protection schemes that do nothing but make the game hard to play or not work get a break (and support) in my book.

I see Brad has already addressed this, but it is interesting. Is this the first product you've ever felt you had to return? You have never seen a return done even once in your life? Typically, returns are directed to the Customer Service department of the store (or chain) where the purchase was originally made. Usually the word 'Returns' is posted on or near the Customer Service sign. Was this helpful? If you tell me where you bought it, I might be able to draw a map for you. Thanks for posting.

I don't recall anyone telling the original poster to uninstall everything. It was suggested that he update his drivers and post a debug.err, but I'd hardly consider that a chore.
