I've got a few questions that has been bothering me for some time:
FIrst of, does anyone know exactly what bonus the Artificial Slave Center gives you? I know, military production, but how much, and is it THAT planet or all planets?
Secondly how come no one is uploading those cool ship designs!?!?!? Help a fellow uncreative player out!!!
