Bug with the "New Ship Designs" unlock info inside the tech tree

I have the latest patch installed.
I don't know if this is a common problem or is it just me but when I start a new game with the humans, inside the tech tree, on the description of a technology, it says what new core ship designs will be unlocked when the technology is researched along with the future technologies info, the unlocked ship components info and etc. It also tells you what other technologies need to be researched in order to unlock this new ship design. But then, if I want to load any of my saved game for this same exact game that I started or if I quit and then come back and load my this saved game the information about the "new ship designs" in the technology description is gone and you can only see the other stuff, like future technolgies or ship components unlocked.
Also, when I start a new game with any race other than the humans, the "new ship designs" info is not even shown at all.
Does anyone else have the same problem? I guess that it is some kind of a bug that can be fixed in the future patches, beacuse this is helpful information telling you what technologies you need to research in order to unlock core ship designs.
Thank you!

Yeah I have this problem too. I couldn't figure out what caused it to disappear, but the way you described sounds exactly like what happened to me. I've only played as Humans so far so I can't confirm the second bug you listed about it not showing up at all for other races.

Sometimes when I load a new game it takes around a trun or two for the game to get back to what it was. ie some numbers on planets and reasearch turns are off maybe thats whats happening to your game. To the other bug I'm assuming you played with someone else like the drengins and so when you switch to another civilization (except from custom to custom) it doesn't use ships you saved on a civilization previously. So a ship you saved on the Drengins wouldn't appear when you were playing as the Humans.
