[suggestion] Tech Trading - reduce micro - what would make this work?

I'd like to see something like CIV IV's "what would make this work" or "what would you give me for this" when attempting trades with the AI.

The problem is that it is quite tedious to go down the list of AI techs for each of my techs in order to see the best possible deal (or often if any deals are possible).

I'd like to be able to select one of my techs and ask the AI what he would trade for it - or better yet, highlight his techs which he would trade for my selected tech.

Additionally, I'd like to select an AI tech and see the minimum asking price.

Then all I need do, as the Great Leader, is to pull the trigger on the deals that my (now behind the scene) negotiators worked out.

One thing I suggest when negotiating is pad your offers with $$$

Once you get close to a near equal trade, you add just enough BCs to make the deal even on all sides. However, keep in mind that if you give a race a really good deal (your 1 weak techs for 2 stronger techs) they will appreciate it and likely raise relations, so always making a trade perfectly even isn't always ideal.

While I do find the minutiae of trading rather cumbersome, the "what would make this work" button is not my idea of a good solution. This is in games like Civ and I invariably dont want to trade what the other civ wants for my tech so I end up fiddling around anyway.

A simple cash/IP balance button would suffice. You put up your tech manually, select the tech or whatever from the AI that you want.... if the trade is green you can click the button of your choice. The buttons just fill out the trade with the maximum amount of cash or IP the AI is willing to pay on top of the existing trade. The same could be done with the player end of balancing.

If I am only going to do it manually anyway, it would be a real time saver.
