As you can see the textures of the planets and ships are missing,even when not on the battledfield.

That sucks... I'm pretty sure that's a verified bug...someone should know how to fix it. I assume your game is fully updated?

Kadaj have you downloaded the game via Stardock central? Because if that's the case then you also have to press on the small plus symbol and download the tutorials, the movies & Multimedia packages(!includes textures!).

I bought the game instead of downloading it.

I can't seem to find the key for the limited edition box of galciv 2

how can I put my system to Engish U.S. and why would that affect anything

My specs :

athlon 3000 xp +
radeon 9800 pro 128 mb
1024 mb DDR Ram
Audigy soundblaster
