Racial Bonuses and United Planets Bug

1st - Playing as Terran Alliance

I spent 3 points for Plant Quality Improvement
During the Campaign and Custom Games The usuable Tiles do not match the Quality of the Planet like it does for the other races. It gets worse as the Plant Quality goes up. I had one game where a planet was 26 and the tiles where only 17. Is this a program error?

2nd - United Planets
The UP convened and voted for 2 additions Trade Routes but my limit was still 12. Is that the Maximum possible? If not why didn't it increase.

3rd - Custom Ship Design
Why can you not delete for ever a previous design.

To delete a ship forever, just go to mydocuments, my games, etc, into your ships folder. It will have a list of all your custom ships, which you can then delete.

PQ does increase the amount of usuable tiles on your homeworld, and (I think) increases the amount of extra tiles you can get with soil/habitat/terraform.

Trade routes max out at 12 regardless of bonuses that would increase it beyond 12, making the Terran and Korx bonus trade routes a waste of points IMO.

IS the planet quality thing intended? It seems like it is since with the racial quality, the # of tiles doesn't match the planet class anymore.
Also, are you sure about it granting extra tiles from the terraforming stuff? In that case maybe I'll start taking it again....

I think the planet quality bonus is homeworld only if I remember the description correctly.
