INTRO VIDEO AND GAME DOESNT DISPLAY

i got all my video drivers updated and i got direcx 9.0c with my radeon 9250 vid card but for some reason the audio works and the video or the game itself just doesnt come up. i exceed the reqirements but im just wondering if my card iznt compatible or if theres sumthing i have to adjust so i can play this game.

Please help!

Post the contents of your debug.err file. It's in the GalCiv2 directory.

I had the same problem. I followed the FAQ advice and switched OUT OF 16MB resolution TO 32MB..... Seems to work fine. (I'm running Win98SE). Hope this helps!
