Population growth rate?

Where can I find population growth rates for a planet? I have a few planetes that have plenty of farms but their population is stagnating at about 3 billion. Whats the problem, why isnt the population growing, everyone is happy and plenty to each.

There's a population max based on planet quality. From the Wiki:

Formula for Calculating Maximum Population
Maximum Population (in billions) = 0.02 * ( ( PQ + 1 ) ^ 3 )

PQ = Planet Quality

Im talking about population growth RATES. Why does one of my planets stagnate at 3 billion people when the cap is 21? Everyone is happy and plenty to eat. Where can you view the growth rate?

You should actually read what he linked. Are these planets of yours that are stagnant PQ 4 or 5?

hmmm, yes. that would explain it. I wish the population cap listed on the planet screen would display the actual cap and not the food cap. I guess I can scrap those farms then. I wish there was a Galactapedia in the game
