Where are the Terror Stars from Gal Civ I? Those were cool.

Where are the Terror Stars from Gal Civ I? You know once you reserached far enough into the tech tree theres was a way to upgrade your starbase through a seris of constructor upgrades (like 10) that made them move and able to destroy planets. Are there Terror Stars in the game? All the sandbox games I play end pretty early so I am not sure if I just didnt get to research that far into the tree.

They are not currently in game. There might or might appear in the future. They might come back when the AI can respond to them properly.

I know that there is a mod which permits to have one of your planets look like a Terror star. Ok, it might only bring you your fix if you wanted the look of it... but annyway now you know. It's in the metaverse with other mods.
