Not all Animated Leader Heads Animated

Hi, I have noticed that not all my leader heads are animated in the foreign relations/diplomacy dialog screen. The Korx and Altairains are, for example. The Yor and the Torians are not. Not sure if this is a bug or if maybe I am missing some downloaded files or something. Any ideas?

Please try re-installing the "Movies" module in Stardock Central. It sounds like not all of the leader movies were installed.

I have this problem too, none of th heads move in the Dip screen. I am running windows Vista. When I go into SDC I am not offered the option to reinstall movies. I can click on the Folder Icon but no actions button appears to the right of the icon. How can I reinstall the movies?
