How to move starbases?

Hello,

saw an alien race moving a starbase and it showed 3 moves max. How can I move starbases?? I cant seem to add a module for that. Thought i had to research starbase mobilization but nothing happened. is this a bug in 1.0?

It had to have been a bug, because there are no Terror Stars (yet) and normal starbases cannot move.

FYI, Mobilization refers to Military Mobilization, not making the base phsyically mobile

I did encounter a glitch (not sure if it's fixed since I haven't checked again) where a newly built starbase would show the attributes of the constructor that had just finished building it. But those would go away next turn or if you clicked the starbase again and I don't think you could actually have moved the base.

If you absolutely HAVE to move the Starbase, start the game in cheat mode, select the base, then move your cusor to where you want your base then use the teleport cheat.
