Logistics...What Increases This Besides Techs?

Yo

I have a 28 in logistics. The problem is that the 2 other remaining civs have a 40 and 53. It's not fun to try and overcome such a disadvantage. I'm going to start a new galagy. So my question is how did this happen? The only thing I can think of is anomalies. Any Ideas?

Racial bonuses and galactic super project Hyperion logistics center are two other ways.

Never seen it in anomalies :/

Maybe they're just farther ahead of you in tech?

The Hyperion Logistics Center is the onlyt improvement that efects logistic. However if you conqure a world that has one you gane that bonus as well. I had one Gigantic Galaxy were most of the minor races had The Logustics Centers. After I wiped them out and took there planets I had a Logistics of 70. Makes me smile just remebering.

Do anomalies contain logistic bonuses?

This doesn't seem fair. I play gigantic galaxies cause it makes the game longer but by the time it gets down to 3 civs I thought everyone was pretty much equal. I guess I was wrong cause the civs I conquered didn't have any logistic centers.

I couldn't wage war on the remaining two civs cause they would decimate me with 20 ship fleets when I could only manage a capable fleet of maybe 10 ships.

When each civ has hundreds of ships and one or both of the other civs can stack twice as many ships in a fleet than I can, it breaks the game IMO.

So to have a change in my previous game I'd have to scroll through a hundred planets, find those with logistic centers and some how get ships there to take those planets.

I think maybe a smaller galaxy and less civs is the anwser. Hopefully minor civs wont make too many logistic centers I dont conquer.

Thanks for the replies
