Using ATI 6.3 Drivers - Display glitch on intro page

Hi,
When I move the mouse to the New Game button, 1 to 3 pixels start to flash on and off, all have a light blue colour - they are above the button slightly. None of the other buttons do this. I thought it might be my video card overheating, but after booting up the next day, going straight in to the game, it's the same issue (but today I just see 1 flashing pixel, not 3)
Can anyone else replicate this?
