Detected cheat code

Today I looked at my character and noticed that one of my games didn't count becuase of a cheat detected. I have never used any cheats in my game, unless some how ctrl N is a cheat? can someone help me out here? I'm really curious to know what is going on.

If you have edited the .xml files in the metaverse directory, then this could cause such issues.
