I can't get it.

The title and subtitle speak for them selves. Whenever i click download next to the CE it brings me to the new update's download page. Why can't i get it?

Here's what others have done:

1) Go to https://www.stardock.com/support Link and get your SN emailed to you.
2) Copy the GalCiv2 SN from the email (it was different from the one I already had) and paste it into the serial number box
3) Download new ship components and desktop theme

if this does not work please use SDC, go to chat area, enter #galciv and ask Milksama, Kim, CariElf (moderators) for assistance. Failing this email [email protected] with full details of issue.
