X.010 relay point bug

If you set planet to produce ships to relay point right after you get message that ship is built (it automatically leaves the orbit) you can't see it at all.

But if you click on the space near planet where ships are usualy "exit from orbit" it will "magically" appear from nowere

I am having trouble reproducing this effect. If you have a saved game where this is occurring, please e-mail it to [email protected]. Please include a brief description about which planet has the problem. Also, please include the debug.err file from your /galciv2 folder. Thanks.

I have this bug as well, it happens in every single game I've played.

Also related to this bug could be another one, where AI civilization's traderoute freighters are in the wrong position. For example, you see them two sqaures away from the home planet, you try attack the square they are on, but your ship instead moves onto the square and shares it, instead of combat taking place, but then if you order your ship to attack the adjacent squared next to the planet, that the trade route is going through, the ship re-appears in that square, next to the planet, and combat takes place. The freighter is being displayed in the wrong square.

Yep same here. Plain and simple set a rally point for planet. When the blue "ship complete" button drops down into the right side of the screen right click it. Normally the ship would launch orbit but with Rally point set on planet the ship dissapears.

This happens me all the time with latest patch.

I too see this. The ships reappear after they have moved and I'm able to select them while they are sitting there invisible. It's been like this for me since release AFAIK.

Nvidia 5950 video card. Search on my other posts for complete specs.

Every single time for me too. If I look for the unit using F1 it'll become active.
