Little Help Please

First off Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this i dont know where support is.


Ok so I Finaly recived my copy the other week jumped for joy! and beagn the instalation process on my three computers. unfornuatly I have some dificulties with 2 out of 3
The LAPTOP
Presario R 3000 with ati radeon 9000 2+ celeron procesor with 512 ram
Intstaled Game and ran it went through the charecter selection process and reached that final NEXT. when i hit it Slap bang boom I get the blue screan of DoOm and my puter resets...at a Loss when it resets the autostart EXE. runs ? I dont know I just formated this comp so I dont know if it needs new drivers I tried looking for them and have no idea which one it is or might be or if that is the prob any help you could send for that I would apreciate.

Second Comp Is an AMD Athlon 1.89 with an Nvidia (something) Basicly and all i know its a 256 vid card and that big number means "good".Runs Battlefield 2 like a dream, But I can seam to see the movies on this one from the intro or any of the cuts or anything?? any help with that?

Now that you have read this I would like to apologize about the spelling I'm outside in this great weather squinting at the screen. hopeing I spelled things right. so send the crisis team and lets get this show on the road.

Go to the Ati website and get the latest drivers for your graphic card, seems you have a graphic card problem. and also visited the NVDIA website for the other computer and check to see if you have the latest graphic card.

you didn't mention installing the games patch which is why i'm asking, did you install the games patch?

Make sure your video drivers are updated, make sure you have enough virtual memory, if you can't see the videos, tutorials, or cutscenes try turning down your anti-aliasing setting. Naturally make sure you are running the latest patch and have the throttling option turned on. Sounds to me like your drivers though like others have said.

ok went to the Ati site and I just see a bunch of options any Ideas on where I should start?

First thing go to the website here is the link http://www.ati.com/

second step go to drivers & software
third step choose your operatying system
windos xp, I assume

and follow the steps, right now I am having problems with their site. Seems like they are upadting the server.

ok so once there which download is it for Ati Radeon mobility 9000? or is there just a plain these are the --->Drivers<----

It will give you several options I think that there is one for Ati Radeon that is very general for many of their cards.
