Need some answers about CE!

i played this game at a friends and had serious problems stopping. i usually disregard TBS at first glance, they never seem to give any joy, although this was diffrent. might be the first game since TFT that really brings excitement. Im a student and as such i have a very strict budget. However im thinking of buying galciv2 but i am curious if there is any way to still obtain the CE version!

Answers would be greatly appreciated!

Wallmart only carries the CE. You may still find it in some other stores, depending on what they ordered.

You can order it directly from stardock here. Even if you order the CD version (not just the download), you will get a temp serial number so you can play while you wait for the CD to arrive.

ok thanks, i live in sweden so ill have to do the latter.. even though it doesnt say that it is the CE edition they sell on the stardock page, its that version that will come? sorry if im being an idiot just want to clarify things.

Stardock and WalMart only sell the CE version, as Tony posted. Since you're in Europe, all of Paradox's first run is about the same as our CE version (Paradox's first-run edition comes in a DVD steelbox case).

The Collector's Edition comes with a printed tech tree foldout and a special box. It also contains a download code so you can get the GalCiv II desktop theme and some additional ship jewelry pieces.
